Walter Pool has commissioned a new production line at its Dettwiller site in Alsace to support the growth of its WaluRoll range and increase its industrial capacity.

A new production line dedicated to automatic covers

Walter Pool is continuing its industrial development with the commissioning of a new production line at its Dettwiller site in Alsace. This investment is dedicated to the WaluRoll range, which brings together the brand's automatic covers and is currently experiencing strong growth.

With this new equipment, Walter Pool aims to support the increase in orders and strengthen its production capacity. In particular, the line improves efficiency and speed in the cutting of cover slats and grating panels, while maintaining a high level of quality.

Specialised for more than 30 years in the design and manufacture of covers for pools and spas, the company offers a wide range of solutions made in France: safety covers, mobile terraces, automatic covers, summer covers and winter covers.

The WaluRoll range now includes five models: three above-ground covers, Roll'Top 100, Roll'Top 200 and Roll'Top 300, as well as two submerged covers, Un'Roll 500 and the latest Un'Roll 800. Launched this year, the latter is an under-deck submerged cover, completing Walter Pool's offer in this segment.

Other developments are currently under way and will be unveiled by the end of the year, notably at the Piscine Global trade show.

The company also highlights its long-standing positioning in safety. A pioneer in this field, Walter Pool states that almost all of its covers comply with the NF P 90-308 standard. The brand also relies on a quality-led approach aimed at offering durable products, backed by a long-term warranty commitment.

This new production line is part of a broader development phase at the Dettwiller site. Extension work is continuing and is expected to be completed by the end of the year. It will enable Walter Pool to support its growth over the long term and further strengthen its production capacity for its professional customers.
